This Privacy Policy explains how Multi Application SSO collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit the website, create an account, subscribe, or contact us. By using the platform you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email address, mobile number, and password (stored in hashed form).
- Login data from email sign-in or social providers (Google or GitHub), including the provider account identifier.
- Subscription, payment, invoice, coupon, and refund records needed to fulfill orders.
- Support messages sent through the contact form.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed, used for security and operations.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account, including optional email verification and OTP checks.
- To process subscriptions, payments, invoices, renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
- To launch hosted applications you are entitled to access.
- To send service emails such as payment receipts, expiry reminders, and security notices.
- To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
Payments
Card, UPI, net-banking, and similar payment details are collected by the payment gateway (for example Razorpay), not stored as full card numbers on Multi Application SSO. We store gateway payment identifiers, amounts, status, and invoice files needed for accounting and support.
Sharing
We share personal data only with:
- Payment processors and banks to complete or refund a transaction.
- Email and hosting providers that run this service.
- Authorities when required by law.
We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet tax, dispute, and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account through the Contact page, subject to records we must retain.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards such as hashed passwords, HTTPS, session controls, and role-based admin access. No method of transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You may update profile details from your account, opt out of marketing if we send any, and request access or correction of personal data by contacting us. If you use social login, you can also manage permissions in that provider’s settings.
Children
The platform is intended for adults who can form a binding contract. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
