Shipping and Delivery Policy

Multi Application SSO sells digital subscriptions only. This Shipping and Delivery Policy describes how access is delivered. Payment gateways often require this page even when no physical goods are sold.

No physical shipping

We do not ship products, media, or documents by courier. There are no shipping charges, delivery addresses, or courier partners.

Digital delivery

• After successful payment, the subscription is activated on your account.
• You can launch the application from the dashboard or My applications area, usually immediately and in any case within a few minutes of confirmed payment.
• Delivery is complete when the application is available to launch while the subscription is active.

Failed delivery

If payment is captured but the application does not appear as active, contact us with your payment reference. We will activate access or process a refund under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Service geography

The website and hosted apps are delivered online worldwide, subject to applicable law and payment-gateway support. We do not provide on-site installation.
